Click on "Forgot your username?" located below the Sign In button. In the box that appears, enter the email address that was provided as the "Account Security Email" address for the account, then click the "Continue" button. If the email address was found in the system, you should receive a message containing your username at that email address.
To reset your password:
Click on "Forgot your password?" located below the Sign In button. In the box that appears, enter in your username, then click the "Continue" button. If the username was found in the system, an email containing a password reset link will be sent to the "Account Security Email" address associated with the account.
If you do not have a portal account:
The district regularly emails instructions about creating a portal account to households that do not have at least one account. If you have not already done so, please follow the instructions in the email you received from Great Neck Public Schools to create your account and log in. Office staff in your child's school can also provide you with an activation key.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your name. Please direct any questions about your child's information in the portal to the main office of your child's school.
